Red - Deri Coch (Blend) |

Dry
Red - Deri Coch
A
soft light red, with gentle autumn berry flavours, easy drinking.
Deri
Coch means ' Red Oaks' Coch being the Welsh for Red, quite an
apt name we thought as the Deri Hill turns red above the Vineyard
as we are harvesting. A red wine is very rare in Wales
only 3 of the 19 welsh wine producers make a red wine.
Red wine is made from the skins of the grapes, they need to
be in perfect condition for us to be able to use them making
it much harder for us to produce.
